Bosch Manufacturing Solutions develops highly automated production and assembly systems.
The company builds manufacturing equipment both for internal Bosch production and for external customers in industries such as e-mobility, electronics, and energy infrastructure.
Projects often involve large, highly complex customer specifications that define the technical requirements for entire production lines.

Specifications in the automotive industry are enormous.
RFQ packages often consist of hundreds of documents and thousands of pages. At the same time, timelines are short — sometimes only a few weeks to submit a competitive bid.
Previously, the application engineering team evaluated these RFQs using a manual divide-and-conquer approach.
All documents were first listed in an Excel spreadsheet.
They were then assigned to individual engineers or departments who reviewed them in parallel.
Deviations and open points were collected in a central deviation list that was later consolidated before submitting the quotation.
